This hotel was located in a breathtaking mountain town with lots of activities nearby. the hotel rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. the buffet breakfast and dinner were plentiful and fresh. There was also a beautiful park nearby to explore and the spa facilities were a great bonus.
The sauna facilities were not very private, which made it uncomfortable for some guests.

We had a wonderful time here! The location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by picturesque Slovakian mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent room service and keeping our room immaculate. The airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance were very convenient and made it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, providing us with a cozy and comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the heating, mini-bar, and sitting area. The garden furniture added a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
This place is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I loved the hotel facilities, from the good sauna to the delicious breakfast. The location in the beautiful Slovakian mountains was breathtaking. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always helpful, making my stay even better.

Had a great time spending Christmas at a hotel located close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a spa with saunas and a swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a day spent outdoors. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of food.
The dinner buffet was a bit lacking in options and the food was not always hot. The blankets provided were clean but had a few stains.

We spent our New Year's holiday in a hotel located in a beautiful mountain area, close to hot springs and a stunning natural lake where guests can enjoy swimming. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. the food was also great, with a wide range of dishes for breakfast and dinner. we were happy with the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable and cozy rooms.
Another disadvantage of the hotel was the lack of privacy in the sauna, which was partially visible from the pool area.
